Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges. Your role will involve leading end-to-end model development, including data collection, preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as data engineers, software developers, and product managers, will be essential. Additionally, you will optimize existing AI models for enhanced performance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable AI and machine learning models - Lead end-to-end model development process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes - Optimize existing AI models for improved performance and accuracy Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in AI/ML, data science, or related roles - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn - Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles Additionally, staying updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML, documenting processes for knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a culture of innovation will be integral parts of your role as a Machine Learning Engineer at our company. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, familiarity with MLOps tools, and hands-on experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are crucial for success in this role. Although a PhD in an AI/ML-related field is not mandatory, it would be beneficial.
