We utilize industry-leading tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and MicroStation to deliver accurate and efficient project outcomes.Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draughtsman to join our team who have experience in high rise building. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing architectural drawings and construction documents in compliance with project requirements, building codes, and UAE standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, design coordination skills, and the ability to lead junior draughtsmen in delivering high-quality work within deadlines.Qualification & Requirements:* Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or equivalent.* 8 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman, with at least 3+ years in the UAE.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM processes is an advantage.* Strong understanding of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality, and other authority submission requirements.* Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and specifications.* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.* Should be experienced in fitout and joinery details, interior, general arrangement drawings, material schedule, section and elevations* Good communication skills in English📌 Immediate joiners from Kerala are preferred
