Senior Architect

Role Overview: As a Senior Architect with a specialized focus on designing and planning data centres, logistics facilities, and hospitals, you will be responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, conceptualizing architecture designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient real estate solutions. Your deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with these sectors will be crucial in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out land due-diligence, provide project feasibility reports, and identify risks with mitigation strategies. - Lead master planning and design for healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines. - Lead master planning and design for data centre facilities and logistics parks to meet client needs. - Develop efficient space plans for healthcare facilities and scalable layouts for data centres. - Utilize advanced knowledge of architectural principles to create aesthetically pleasing and technically feasible designs. - Manage architectural aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing construction activities. - Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in architecture to incorporate cutting-edge solutions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Stay informed about emerging trends in healthcare architecture and integrate innovative design concepts. Qualification Required: - Education: B.Arch/ M.Arch - Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of architecture designing and design management, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare. Experience in Data Centre and Logistics projects preferred.,
