Senior Architect (Revit)

Role Overview: ONX Homes is looking for a Senior Architect (Revit) with over 12 years of experience to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring design integrity, compliance with US building codes, and alignment with execution requirements. Your role will involve design leadership, project management, team collaboration, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative architectural designs and guide project teams through the design process. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within budget project delivery. - Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for cohesive project delivery. - Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and standards. - Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in all architectural outputs. - Possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Experience in modular construction and knowledge of design for manufacturing is a plus. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture. - Proficiency in software such as Revit, BIM, AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Sketch-Up and Enscape is a plus. - Ability to create and maintain BIM models for project-specific requirements. - Develop schematic and detailed level models including modeling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable). - Identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information. - Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors. - Create new library components. - Responsible as a Model Administrator for assigned projects. - Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM closeout documentation.
