Senior Architect (Revit)

As a Senior Architect (Revit) at ONX Homes, you will lead architectural projects from concept through completion. Your role involves developing innovative architectural designs, overseeing project timelines and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards in all architectural outputs. Collaboration with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders is key to delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative architectural designs and guide project teams through the design process. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery. - Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and standards. - Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in architectural outputs. - Proficiency in software such as Revit, BIM & AutoCAD is required, with knowledge of Sketch-Up and Enscape as a plus. - Create and maintain BIM models for project-specific requirements. - Identify design conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous information and coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors. - Act as the Model Administrator for assigned projects and assist in compiling contract BIM closeout documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. - Proficiency in software: Revit with BIM & AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Sketch-Up and Enscape is beneficial.
