Role & responsibilities

Architectural Design & Documentation

• Lead architectural design efforts from concept through execution for residential and commercial developments.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including working drawings, site layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Prepare and review technical drawings such as municipal proposals, test fits, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure design consistency and alignment with regulatory and technical standards.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other internal teams to ensure coordinated and practical architectural solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess design implementation, monitor construction progress, and resolve on-site challenges.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting updates, milestones, and potential risks.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all designs comply with local building by-laws, safety codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date architectural records and construction documents.
• Stays updated on market trends and integrate innovations into design practices.
• Provide recommendations for site planning, structural coordination, scheduling, and architectural detailing.
