• Senior Architect
• Job Profile - Architecture Design as per UDCPR Norms, shall be familiar with NMMC , CIDCO, MSRDC, NAINA Zone.
• Ensuring adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements, including those specific to NMMC.
• Technical Expertise: Providing expert advice on building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are completed within established parameters.
• Supervising and mentoring junior architects and other design professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Interacting with civic bodies and relevant consultants for approvals and clearances.
• Developing architectural plans, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic and functional requirements
• Software- BPMS, Autocad.
• Advance Skills- Residential designing and Redevelopment Norms

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thane, Maharashtra
