Role & responsibilities Lead modular kitchen and residential interior design projects from concept to execution. Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyles, and preferences. Prepare detailed layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and BOQs. Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors, and site engineers for seamless execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and design compliance. Mentor and supervise junior architects, designers, and draftsmen. Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables efficiently. Stay updated on new materials, trends, technologies, and design innovations. Ensure designs meet brand standards, functional efficiency, and client satisfaction. Oversee project documentation, material selections, and procurement alignment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a reputed institute. 3+ years of experience in high-end modular kitchen and residential interior design. Strong creative vision, with a portfolio showcasing premium designs. Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, VRay, and MS Office. Excellent understanding of modular systems, ergonomics, appliances, and hardware. Proven ability to manage clients, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams. Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight timelines without compromising design quality.
