Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior. Architect to join our team for the construction of a new 50,000 sq.ft building with clear understanding of preparation of drawings for various contractors.

In this role, you will work closely with the contractor and the owner, playing a key part in bringing the architectural vision to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with design intent, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, change orders, and submittals.
• Use both 2D and 3D software to create, modify, and present design concepts and construction details

We are looking for Experienced Architects with at-least 3-4 years in the field. The site is located in Dehradun, but you might be required to travel to Chandigarh for Coordination.
