  Facilities primarily based in the North America region.
• We are looking for an experienced, young, and energetic Architect to join our growing

• Commercial team

  in the Mumbai office to lead and support architectural design activities on projects in the North America region. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Architect and will assist in building an architectural team to support

  Commercial and Aviation Projects

  As a Senior Architect, you will:
• Assist project teams and work on a variety of design projects from conceptual design through construction administration
• Develop, modify, and review construction drawings and specifications for above listed facilities
• Assist in the development of interiors based on client vision and architectural needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers
• Guide the 3D visualization team in developing concepts and final architectural rendering
• Build effective relationships with existing clients, customers, and contractors to help develop new business opportunities
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

General Requirements

• Our ideal Senior Architect will have:
• Bachelor s degree in architecture from an accredited program

• 7-10 years

  of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of IBC Codes, ADA Standards and Life safety standards
• Experience in Commercial, Industrial and Warehouse facilities are preferred.
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative
• Ability to self-check and produce accurate work
• Ability to work across disciplines to develop a coordinated design package
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Professional Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD and Sketchup is mandatory
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, codes, and procedures within the architecture industry
