Drafting and designing layout plans of High Rise Buildings & Villas
Preparing budgets, material documents and specification lists for approvalActing as an intermediary between clients, vendors, and the team membersPreparing and providing with materials and project specification details to the team and vendorUndertaking regular site visits to ensure construction adheres to the plan and check for quality and safety proceduresOverseeing the site work, handle Contractors and co-ordinate with other team membersReviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the time schedules assignedDeveloping and maintaining project schedulesConducting a final inspection after the project is completeMust be aware of Autocad & SketchupMust coordinate with the external architectsMust be aware of municipal regulations, bye-laws etc., RequirementsBachelor's degree in architecture, design, or similar.Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUpExcellent communication skillsAbility to translate concepts into functional construction designsAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basisKnowledge of costs and time frames for the project completion
