Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Architect to join our growing team in Dwarka. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, with a focus on diverse design projects such as large scale residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers you the opportunity to showcase your expertise in architectural design. Your key responsibilities will include leading architectural design and planning for multiple projects, overseeing the development of detailed drawings and presentation documents, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal design teams, conducting regular site visits for quality control, managing project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations, as well as guiding and mentoring junior architects and interns. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building systems. You should be passionate about architecture and eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution, along with a minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in the industry. A strong portfolio showcasing built projects and technical detailing is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is required, as well as excellent project management, team leadership, and communication skills. Sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and site coordination is also important. This position is based in Dwarka, Delhi, and is a full-time role that requires you to work from the office. The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, starting at 9:30 am and ending at 6:30 pm.
