Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Architect and Interior Designer. The Senior Architect and Interior Designer will be responsible for architectural design and project management, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and create innovative design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural plans, supervising construction, ensuring design integrity, and managing project timelines and budgets. This role requires close interaction with other team members, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
