Experience: 7+ Years Qualification: BE/BTECH/MCA Location: Doha Knowledge of Oracle SQL queries is a must. Insurance Domain knowledge is a must. Provide the first level of support to Anoud users. Deliver the tasks as per the agreed SLA. Analyze the business requirements and prepare functional documents. Assist in functional testing. Effective Communication & coordination with Business, Internal & External teams Analyzing and resolving problems. Learn & improve and evolve with new practices.
