Job Description

Responsibilities Investigate L2/L3 functional and technical issues. Perform root cause analysis using logs, database, or code. Maintain and update daily operational scripts. Analyze incidents for impact and ensure quick recovery. Use data insights for decisions and improvement suggestions. Coordinate with development for releases and risk assessments. Troubleshoot performance issues and implement effective fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Ops, CX, Product, and Finance. Generate internal and external data reports. Maintain clear and up-to-date internal documentation. Requirements Familiar with AWS, MongoDB, REST APIs, Jenkins, SQL, Athena, and Postgres. Skilled in scripting with Python or Unix. Strong database knowledge and SQL expertise. Sound understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Capable of making technical decisions on frameworks/tools. Basic understanding of deployment and monitoring is a plus. Hands-on with monitoring tools like New Relic, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
