Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Application Specialist-IVD at Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd., located in Kolkata. The Senior Application Specialist-IVD will be responsible for providing technical and application support, troubleshooting issues, and offering training and demonstrations to clients. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring proper functioning of diagnostic systems, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the technical and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and capability to perform troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field
• Experience in the In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to travel as required
