Job Description

Develop and animate 2D characters , props, and backgrounds based on storyboards, concept art, and creative briefs.

Accurately portray characters or objects personalities, expressions, and movements through dynamic animation.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in animation style and adherence to project guidelines.

Create animatics, layout poses, and in-betweens to produce smooth and fluid character animations.

Participate in animation reviews and feedback sessions to refine and iterate on animations.

Enhance animation quality by adding effects like rays, glows, and lighting to make the artwork more engaging.

Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and creative alignment.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.

Contribute to improving animation workflows and processes to increase efficiency.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Spine 2D.

Deep understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and anticipation.

Experience with particle simulations, visual effects, and physics dynamics.

Optional: Familiarity with Blender 3D and digital drawing skills.

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Ability to think creatively and solve complex animation challenges.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
