Senior and Lead Fullstack Developer

Role Overview: - Architect and lead the design of secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems - Build and enhance backend microservices (Node.js/NestJS, Python) and front-end applications (React, React Native) - Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver full-stack features and integrations - Mentor engineers and establish technical standards for clean, high-performance code - Drive innovation by exploring AI/ML use cases and data-driven features - Monitor, optimize, and enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability Key Responsibilities: - Lead position (10+ years with 3+ years in a technical lead/architect role) - Deep expertise in building scalable production systems using Node.js (NestJS) and React.js - Excellent knowledge of backend REST API design, database architecture, SQL, authentication (JWT/session), async programming, ORM (Prisma), and DevOps/cloud deployment (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD) - Strong frontend fundamentals: React hooks, state, props, lifecycle, performance optimizations, code splitting, error boundaries, Context/Redux, CSS/responsive UI, debugging - Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced or startup environments, guiding teams, solutioning, and client engagement - Awareness of healthcare standards (EHR, FHIR, HIPAA), cloud-native concepts, and compliance - System architecture/design experience with large-scale integrations and event-driven systems - Hands-on experience with Data Structures - Senior position (6-10 years): - Strong hands-on delivery in Node.js, React.js, and supporting technologies - REST API development (Node.js), SQL: schema design, queries/joins, indexing - React fundamentals: hooks, state, component structure, performance, error boundaries, state management (Context/Redux), CSS, debugging - Basic cloud (AWS/GCP, Docker), DevOps (CI/CD), and ORM (Prisma/TypeORM) exposure - TypeScript: interfaces, enums, types, generics, custom types - Familiarity with GraphQL, healthcare data standards, cloud-native patterns - Hands-on experience with Data Structures Qualifications Required: - Bonus Points: - Experience integrating healthcare systems (Elation, Athena, eCW, HIE, or claims pipelines) - Familiarity with Twilio, Mailgun, wearable APIs, or BI tools (Power BI, BigQuery) - Exposure to Value-Based Care (VBC) programs or US healthcare startups Location: Pune (work from office) Experience: 6-18 years Domain: US Healthcare If you are proficient in Node.js, React, and have experience in healthcare or HIPAA, this role presents an excellent opportunity for you to make a significant impact in the field.,
