Role Overview

Join JLL as a Senior Design professional where you'll create compelling visual communications that drive business impact across our global service lines. This role requires a strategic design thinker who can translate complex business objectives into aesthetically powerful and effective visual solutions with minimal direction.

What You'll Do

Strategic Design Leadership

• Partner directly with JLL business teams and service lines to develop high-impact visual materials
• Translate complex project strategies, audiences, and objectives into appropriate design solutions
• Create and maintain consistent, high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms

Creative Excellence

• Design and develop materials that capture attention and communicate precise messaging
• Generate innovative concepts and execute creative assets from ideation through completion
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and communicate accurate information

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work cross-functionally with marketers and management at various levels
• Collaborate with design team members to maintain integrated brand perception
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members (Specialist level)

Project Management

• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Stay current with industry standards, processes, and visual design trends
• Navigate project obstacles resourcefully in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

• Senior Analyst:

  3-5 years in graphic design

• Specialist:

  6-7 years in graphic design
• Marketing/Communications agency experience preferred
• Global/international client experience preferred

Technical Proficiency:

• Expert level:

  Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Advanced:

  Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel

• Preferred:

  After Effects for video/animation creation

• Interactive design capabilities

  and GIF/animation skills advantageous
