Senior Analyst Workday Reporting_PRISM Analytics

As an HR Analytics Specialist specializing in Workday Reporting & PRISM, your primary role is to perform advanced reporting and analysis on Human Capital data and cross-functional information. Your responsibilities will include developing analytics requirements in the Workday reporting suite, engineering PRISM solutions, providing management support in people metrics reporting, and participating in predictive analytics to identify trends and make predictions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop requirements and implement analytics in the Workday reporting suite - Engineer PRISM solutions for front end reporting deliveries and back end process efficiencies - Provide management support in people metrics reporting and advanced analytics - Participate in analysis to understand the effectiveness of new initiatives and make predictions - Create and maintain key HR data sets, reports, and metrics - Continuously transform Tysons data visualizations to support business models - Provide high-level consulting to identify and support HR and business reporting needs - Communicate recommendations and influence leaders through data analytics - Drive initiatives for cost savings and process efficiencies - Secure buy-in from a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management - Act as a data advisor to business stakeholders Qualifications: - 2+ years of relevant experience with Workday PRISM - Advanced experience with Workday reporting tools and PRISM - Additional knowledge of database management related to PRISM - Demonstrated experience in building complex statistical models - Familiarity with HR concepts (desired but not required) - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision,
