The HR Analytics Specialist – Workday Reporting & PRISM is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support HR projects, processes, users, and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools, detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building logic based models. Responsibilities: Developing requirements and implementing analytics in the Workday reporting suite Engineering PRISM solutions for both front end reporting deliveries and back end process efficiencies Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics Participate in analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions Create/maintain and ensure integrity of key HR data sets, reports and metrics Continuously transforming Tyson’s data visualizations to support business models. Be responsible for the development of the conceptual, logical, and physical data models, the implementation of RDBMS, operational data store (ODS), data marts, and data lakes on target platforms (SQL/NoSQL). Experience working with databases including OLAP/OLTP based data modeling. Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts.
