4. SPOC - Single Point of Contact role for operations - good to have
5. Onshore travel experience – good to have
6. Should be comfortable with US/Graveyard Shift
7. Should be located/Flexible to relocate to Kochi
8. Should be flexible to WFO for Next 1 Years
