Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Managers, Work Package Owners, and the Accounting Team to ensure control of project results.
Guide Project Managers on economic and financial decisions.
Conduct and interpret periodic Project Reviews to enhance project results and margins through collaborative engagement with project teams.
Refine contract margins and cash flow profiles to optimize financial performance.
Oversee project financial reporting and ensure adherence to regulations.
Provide financial expertise for Project Review processes.
Accelerate customer invoicing and payment collections while upholding compliance with financial standards and proactively managing risks and opportunities.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge in Project Controlling and Financial Management
Hands-on experience as a Project Controller in a dynamic project-based environment
Familiarity with Financial Reporting, Financial Statements, and Financial Analysis
Proficiency in interpreting project financial metrics, cash flows, and margins
Capability to work closely with cross-functional teams like PMs and accounting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
