Senior Analyst-Pricing & Promotions

You will be responsible for delivering Omni-channel pricing integrity through processes that ensure accurate execution and legal compliance of pricing and promotion changes, the tab pricing process and review, and communication of advertised prices. Your role will involve coordinating and enforcing company processes, procedures, standards, and controls relative to all proposed promotional events such as special value, percent off, buy one get one, rebates, barcodes, spend & get, and corporately sponsored consumer sweepstakes. Additionally, you will create and validate promotional signage and labels to communicate offer details at point of sale. Your primary duties will include the implementation of pricing and promotions strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, entering promotional details into key systems, overseeing and executing unique pricing processes such as tab, rebate, barcodes, temporary price reductions, etc. You will also collaborate with various teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Lowes.com to ensure accurate and timely execution of pricing and promotional strategies. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in pricing, merchandising, marketing, or finance. Proficiency in Excel and experience working in home improvement retail are essential. You should also have experience using promotional and/or signage tools and translating pricing and promotional strategy into tactical processes. Furthermore, you will be expected to focus on customers, deliver results, take action, show courage, and continue learning. Additional non-technical competencies include being resourceful, communicating effectively, demonstrating organizational insight, making quality decisions, optimizing work processes, and solving complex problems. Travel requirements for this position include occasional domestic day trips, overnight trips, and less than monthly international travel. The work schedule may require availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and on-call support as needed.,
