Senior Analyst - Operations- Accounts Receivable (Cash Applications and SAP) US Shift- Pune

As a Process Associate at WNS, you will be responsible for understanding the principles related to the order to cash process and handling allocated tasks (Collections/Cash Application) independently. You will ensure compliance in terms of Turnaround Time (TAT) and accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Voice calling for Collections & Cash Application - Dispute Management - Managing Customers" accounts - Cash Application and Account reconciliation - Clarity on Debit (Dr) and Credit (Cr) transactions - Utilizing basic accounting knowledge and SAP expertise - Focusing on Customer Orientation by understanding client expectations and requirements - Adhering to SLA's and improving performance on deliverables - Maintaining relationships with relevant counterparts and stakeholders - Collaborating with teams to achieve common organizational goals - Resolving conflicts and addressing problems by working within and between WNS teams - Identifying anomalies, errors, and aberrations in output and proposing process improvements - Actively participating in team meetings and demonstrating strong communication skills Qualifications required for this role include a B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) degree. The shift timing for this position is US shift (4pm to 1am) and the job location is in Pune (Viman Nagar) with Work From Office (WFO) only.,
