Senior Analyst Controllership, Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive accuracy and completeness in accounting and month-end processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements:

• Direct Taxes

  Regular TDS payment, quarterly TDS return, advance tax payments, yearly income tax returns, documentation for income tax notices, and preparing responses to departmental queries.

• Indirect Taxes

  Monthly GST payments and filings, GST annual returns, preparation and filing of GST refunds.

• Corporate Laws

  Board and AGM compliances, annual filings, and other applicable requirements.

• SEZ Compliances

  Monthly/yearly filings, registration renewals, and applicable submissions.

• STPI Compliances

  Monthly/yearly filings, registration renewals, and applicable submissions.

• Others

  Preparing and filing forms/documents/returns with ROC, RBI, and other authorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain robust internal controls, gather feedback, and implement process improvements.
• Liaise with external advisors/consultants on tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., DT notices, GST notices, refunds, and related queries).
• Review accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely vendor payments.
• Manage treasury operations including banking, forward contracts, and cash flow management.
• Prepare SOPs, key metrics dashboards, and RCMs on a regular cadence.
• Work with auditors for:
• Statutory Audit
• IFC Audit
• Tax Audit
• Internal Audit
• External Audits, as applicable
  

Skills & Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, Ind AS, Companies Act, and Direct & Indirect taxes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on experience with

  Oracle ERP systems

  preferred.
