Senior Analyst - Loan Syndication

As a Senior Analyst - Loan Syndication at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive investment operations support to a U.S.-based client. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality of data within the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) through meticulous reconciliations and data reviews. Your extensive investment operations experience, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile internal and external data, including investment positions, cash, and transactions. - Conduct data integrity analysis, which may involve reviewing security master data points, security identifiers, or other data within the IBOR. - Process transactions, make necessary deletions or modifications to maintain accuracy and integrity within the IBOR. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Investment Operations, Investment Reporting, Information Technology, and Front Office, as well as external parties like brokers, custody banks, and vendors. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - 5-10 years of experience in investment operations or a related field. - Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based asset management firm is required. Technical Skills: Must: - Strong knowledge of investments, especially syndicated bank loans, trade lifecycle, and investment operations workflows. - Proficiency in Allvue, Simcorp Dimension, or other trade order management/investment accounting systems. - Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Highly Preferred: - Working experience with SimCorp Dimension is highly preferred. - Working experience with WSOWeb, Clearpar, or Allvue is highly preferred. - Power BI proficiency is highly preferred. - Experience in building and analyzing KPI metrics. Other Skills: - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
