Senior Analyst - Know Your Customer

In the role of Senior Analyst - Know Your Customer, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks. Your main responsibilities will include controlling risk, enhancing controls, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations related to your job and areas of responsibility. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in: - Good knowledge and Experience of KYC. - End-to-end KYC (E2E KYC), CDD and EDD, entity types like Corporates, Fund, trust, SPV and FI. Client onboarding, periodic reviews, renewals/refresh, remediation etc. - Basics of Financial crime. - Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must. Desirable Skill sets: - Any AML stream related experience, preferably CDD (Client Onboarding). - Interaction with Front office and RM teams via Phone on a daily basis. - Flexibility for any shifts. - Working on all Risk types and individually able to classify a risk of both individual and entity client types. You may be evaluated on critical skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital, and technology, along with job-specific technical skills. This role is based in Noida. Purpose of the role: To support Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution. Accountabilities: - Support with day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding initiatives including KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. - Engage with clients/front office to gather Customer Due Diligence information/evidence for onboarding or refreshing clients KYC. - Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Onboarding processes. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes in Wholesale Onboarding processes. - Develop and implement Wholesale Onboarding procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. - Create reports and presentations on Wholesale Onboarding performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. - Identify industry trends and implement best practices in Wholesale Onboarding. - Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
