Senior Analyst-IT & Information Security

As an IT & Tech Engineering Professional at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for the administration of the One Identity tool and the management of integrated Identities and Services. Your role will involve managing incidents, problems, and changes within the IAM Infrastructure. You will also be accountable for documenting and updating IAM processes and operating procedures. In this position, you will provide engineering support for the One Identity Manager Environment and oversee the management of cloud and on-prem infrastructures hosting IAM. It is essential to have a working knowledge of One Identity tools such as 1IM Manager, Object Browser, Job Queue, and Synchronization editor. Understanding the entire IAM environment, including Active Directory Multi-forest environment at an enterprise level, Windows OS, IIS, and MS SQL server, is crucial for this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and analyzing bugs during and after IAM release versions. Performance management of IAM tools, database, and infrastructure will be part of your daily tasks. You will also administer Identities and Services integrated with the One IDM tool and provide support for organization integration with the IAM Infra. Collaboration with onshore development and project teams to provide solutions and assistance during project releases, testing, and operational support is a key aspect of this role. You will also work with Software Development tools like JIRA and handle various IAM related tasks.
