Senior Analyst - Instructional Design

As a Senior Analyst in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at S&C Global Network, you will be working with clients from various industries in the domains of Learning Design, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibility will involve developing innovative learning strategies and solutions to facilitate organizational change and transition processes. Your role will contribute towards shaping the future workforce by implementing effective learning methodologies and solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting projects through different stages of learning design and development, creating training materials tailored to clients" requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes, writing impactful storyboards, and ensuring the quality of training deliverables meets the set benchmarks. You will be expected to possess strong content development and instructional design skills, be proficient in utilizing design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia, and have a good understanding of the latest trends in the learning industry. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialization such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, along with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and content development. Your ability to gather and interpret source content to create engaging courses for diverse audiences, apply proven learning methodologies, and leverage emerging technologies for adult learning will be crucial for success in this position.
