Job Description

Role Overview: As the Senior Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and implementing our GIS strategy and platform within the Research organization. Your innovative thinking, collaborative skills, and strategic mindset will be key in driving impactful initiatives across various groups. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze commercial real estate markets to support business development efforts and client projects by presenting data in creative and innovative ways. Key Responsibilities: - Define user requirements and oversee workflow to deliver mapping solutions - Utilize high-level analytical and problem-solving skills to craft narratives about the market - Contribute to the GIS center of excellence and support GIS colleagues as necessary - Expand the research/GIS platform to positively impact the business - Collaborate with the Global GIS team and Research Group to implement new solutions and best practices - Lead project delivery for large, cross-functional programs Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of GIS experience, with a preference for Real Estate background - BS/BA in geography, GIS, urban planning, or relevant field - Expertise in the Esri platform: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Business Analyst, and Spatial Analyst - Working knowledge of data analytics and data visualization applications - Experience in programming languages is a plus - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively - Strong verbal and written communication skills for organizing and presenting thoughts clearly Role Overview: As the Senior Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and implementing our GIS strategy and platform within the Research organization.
