Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst in the Research organization, you will contribute significantly to the growth, evolution, and adoption of the GIS strategy and platform. Your innovative thinking and collaborative skills will be crucial in impacting initiatives across various groups. Your main responsibility will involve analyzing commercial real estate markets thoroughly and leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative data visualization methods to support business development and client projects. Your role will be pivotal in narrating the real estate story, defining the market, and driving action. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver mapping solutions by defining user requirements, overseeing workflows, and collaborating with diverse business and project teams. - Apply high-level analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and trends, constructing market narratives. - Promote the use of research and GIS as a distinguishing factor, contributing to the GIS center of excellence. - Enhance the research/GIS platform by refining processes, products, and positively impacting the business. - Support Research goals aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with the Global GIS team and Research Group to implement new solutions and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of GIS experience, preferably in Real Estate. - Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, urban planning, or a related field. - Proficiency in the Esri platform: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Business Analyst, and Spatial Analyst. - Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools. - Knowledge of programming languages is advantageous. - Ability to multitask, perform well under pressure, and manage time efficiently. - Demonstrated success in leading project delivery for large, cross-functional programs. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of organizing and presenting ideas clearly and concisely.,
