Senior Analyst, FP&A (Expense)

Role Overview: You will be part of Cvent's financial planning and analysis division, focusing on India and global expense management reporting. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, budget versus actual analysis, departmental spend reports, and more. You will work with software tools such as Oracle EBS, Adaptive Insights, and Microsoft Excel. You will be joining a team of 29 FP&A professionals across McLean, Dallas (USA), and Gurgaon offices. Key Responsibilities: - Support scheduled activities like budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs actual analysis - Collate and summarize data, prepare reports, make presentations, and provide information to management - Work on scheduled business metrics reports, global vendor analysis, and headcount reporting and analysis - Engage in ad-hoc projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate in finance/commerce, CIMA, or equivalent - 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or accounting function of a multi-national company - Understanding of IGAAP, IAS, and US GAAP - Proficient in MS Excel - Prior experience working with Oracle EBS and Adaptive Insights or equivalent accounting and planning software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Articulate and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment - Attention to detail, deadline-focused, ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
