Job Responsibilities
1. Research & Market Analysis
- Analyze transactions across various geographies and asset classes, delivering insights into regional market dynamics and potential growth areas
- Conduct in-depth secondary research as part of transaction advisory assignments, including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and economic trend analysis.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business marketplace, identifying client trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
2. Transaction Management & Client Advisory
- Follow up with clients to gather necessary documentation and data, ensuring timely and accurate collection of information needed for transaction structuring
- Analyse client-provided information, including financials, project details, and business plans, to determine the most effective transaction structure and identify optimal financing solutions
- Collaborate in structuring complex financial transactions, supporting the development and evaluation of strategic initiatives for client companies and new investments.
- Assist in creating tailored business strategies for key clients, leveraging market insights and financial analysis to align with their growth objectives.
- Prepare high-quality information dockets, including Information Memorandums and Financial Models, that clearly articulate transaction highlights and financial projections.
- Support legal, technical and fiscal due diligence efforts by coordinating with teams, reviewing documents, and managing transaction timelines.
3. Investor Relations & Networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key investors, including Banks, NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), PE (Private Equity) funds, and AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds), to support current and future transactions.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and provide transaction updates with all clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with their investment objectives.
- Participate in meetings and build ongoing relationships with investors to understand their investment criteria and enhance deal flow opportunities for the firm.
4. Strategic Presentations & Reporting
- Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track transaction statuses, client interactions, and project milestones, ensuring real-time visibility and accurate reporting.

: CA.Analytical Skills
: Strong quantitative abilities with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.Geographic Understanding
: Advantageous to have knowledge of various geographies across India, given the wide reach of our transactions with top developers.Relationship-Building Skills
: Effective interpersonal skills to foster relationships with key investors and stakeholders.Attention to Detail
: High accuracy in preparing financial models, reports, and presentations.Time Management
: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferably a Chartered Accountant having experience working with HNI clients and Family Office.
Real Estate experience is mandatory.
