Primary -> Functional | Basic Accounting Principles | Expenses and Revenues | 2 - KnowledgeablePrimary -> Functional | Basic Accounting Principles | Entries to Journals and Ledgers | 2 - Knowledgeable Details: 1. Review and verify invoices and check requests and set invoices up for payment2. Enter and upload invoices into system3. Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records4. Reconcile accounts payable transactions5. Prepare analysis of accounts and monthly provisions6. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date7. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues8. Maintain vendor files vendor reconciliations9. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries10. Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing11. Provide supporting documentation for audits12. 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience13. Knowledge of accounts payable14. Knowledge of general accounting procedures15. Knowledge of PeopleSoft accounting software16. Proficient in data entry and management
