Senior Analyst Document Review Services APAC

As a Senior Analyst at Arete Incident Response, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Document Review Services Team Lead on assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, reviewing documents, extracting relevant data, and validating information with peers. You will also be responsible for addressing different patterns observed during audits, updating Junior Analysts, and assisting higher-level employees in escalating complex issues. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze documents, take notes, and tag content according to project specifications - Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to stay updated on project instructions and updates - Perform audits on assigned projects and validate final work product - Utilize review tools such as Relativity, 4IG, and custom tools to extract data from required documents - Provide findings promptly in respective projects and perform basic searches to identify patterns - Identify data access timing and indicators based on analysis and ensure integrity and quality in project analysis - Achieve set targets for each project and appropriately utilize established procedures and methods - Work under limited supervision from Team Lead with occasional targeted guidance on new projects - Develop relationships within the immediate team and expand network to related areas of the organization - May perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of review document analysis, especially in data breach review - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working in a team environment - Experience with Windows OS, Virtual Machines, and Microsoft applications - Knowledge and/or experience with various Review platforms like Relativity, Xerox, etc. - Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Typically requires an Associate's Degree and 4-6 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years related experience - Must have at least 4+ years of Document review experience, PII/PHI review experience preferred - Degree in Law, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Statistics, or Bachelor's Degree - Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed Additional Details: Arete Incident Response is a growing company with a dedicated and fun team.
