Job Description

QBurst is undergoing an AI-led transformation and is seeking a technically skilled Marketing Automation (MA) Developer to design, build, and optimize integrations and customer journeys across enterprise marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into effective marketing automation solutions using tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or Marketo.
  • Design, build, and execute advanced campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
  • Provide implementation consultancy, customer support, and post-deployment assistance for marketing automation solutions.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and document both technical and business solutions within MA platforms.
  • Design and configure ETL logic and data flows to integrate customer data with marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects independently, including reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements for campaign performance, customer engagement, and personalization strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing automation strategies, AI/ML capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design, test, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys.
  • Work independently in dynamic environments, including handling urgent issues, releases, and production support.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one enterprise marketing automation tool: Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Insider, Klaviyo, or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
    • Strong specialization in Adobe Campaign and/or SFMC.
    • Programming knowledge in one or more: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL, JSON, Shell Script, AMPscript, or SSJS (hands-on experience is a strong advantage).
    • Certification(s) in marketing automation platforms or AI-driven marketing tools preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive as a self-starter in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
