Job Description

Our Global Center of Excellence Deal Strategy team supports deal pricing for CRM product lines and professional services statements of work risk review globally. We aim to help businesses achieve short-term targets while safeguarding long-term revenue streams and profitability, offering expert guidance on deal structuring and acting as trusted advisors to senior executives, contributing to overall company success. We are seeking a Deal Strategy Senior Analyst to join our team in [Hyderabad/Mexico City]. This role involves delivering deal structuring, pricing support, and risk review for the Commercial business across various regions, as well as assisting in structuring contracts and product solutions to meet unique customer needs. Additionally, the role entails scaling our Deal Strategy function internally. Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate deal pricing requests using quantitative and qualitative criteria - Make pricing approval decisions, communicate with sales reps and managers promptly, and ensure compliance - Manage daily quote approvals, non-standard deal requirements, and deal review cycle - Challenge existing practices and make recommendations to drive price increases and discount reductions - Develop sales enablement materials for training Sales on product pricing best practices - Establish cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the market - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments to optimize contract terms and close deals - Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers" use of Salesforce products - Ensure internal control compliance - Assist in creating Professional Services deal reviews and risk profiles with accuracy and strategic benefits - Support sales teams on policies, guidelines, processes, risk identification, and mitigation - Document findings, risks, key financial information, and recommendations for deal approval - Conduct project/engagement reviews to assess status, risks, management needs, and customer satisfaction - Contribute to the sales feedback loop for continuous improvement - Create actionable insights and recommendations for services risk management strategy - Participate in internal projects or infrastructure development as required Required Skills/Experience: - 7+ years of professional experience - Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills, profitability analysis, and pricing strategy experience - Experience in managing pricing approvals and working with sales teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to explain concepts clearly across all organizational levels - High fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) - Relationship-building and collaborative work capabilities - Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and identify areas for improvement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Desired Skills/Experience: - Pricing Strategy, sales financial analysis, consulting, professional services risk review, procurement experience with pricing structuring for mid-to-large contracts is preferred.,
