Senior Analyst, Data Analytics

As a Data Analyst, your role will involve working closely with business IT partners to understand the business and data requirements. You will be responsible for acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and performing data profiling. Your day-to-day tasks will include interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing quick data analysis. Additionally, you will be expected to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets. Building bus matrices, proof of concepts, source mapping documents, and raw source data models will be part of your responsibilities. Your keen eye for detail will help you locate and define new process improvement opportunities. In order to excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge and experience with Excel, databases such as Redshift and Oracle, as well as programming languages like Python and R. Your ability to write SQL queries will be crucial for performing data profiling, data analysis, and presenting insights to the business. Exposure to Data warehousing and Data Modeling concepts is essential, along with a strong understanding of the IT Project Lifecycle. Previous experience in the Finance or Life Science domains will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with BI tools will be considered a valuable asset for this position.,
