We are looking for a self-motivated and highly experienced Project Manager. Should have experience working in Enterprise IT systems so that he can understand the IT roadmap of customer and take informed decisions. Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of staff augmentation processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and proactively address any concerns and act as a trusted advisor - Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard qualified resources for client projects. Manage consultant assignments, onboarding, and ongoing performance - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Very good understanding of Agile project management practices - Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Develop contingency plans and proactively address any issues that may arise - Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare and deliver project reports, including progress, budget, and performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis - Seek regular client feedback and identify and implement process improvements - Work with the legal team to review and manage client contracts and consultant agreements and ensure SLA adherence - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and identify opportunities to improve processes - Own people management and performance management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work in different time zones when required. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, MS Project) - Understanding of Datawarehouse/ETL process and reporting with PowerBI is an added advantage
