Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., with 6-9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPS and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and present reports to senior management on key findings and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Customer Service principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL or Tableau.
