Senior Analyst Automation Testing

As a Senior Analyst Automation Testing at JCI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of Oracle Fusion application and supporting systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for various applications and systems. - Collaborating with developers and product teams to understand requirements and develop testing strategies. - Executing automated test cases, analyzing results, identifying defects, and improving test coverage. - Participating in test case review to establish automation feasibility and provide feedback on test case automatability. - Documenting testing processes, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner. - Continuously improving automation frameworks and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. - Providing training and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools. - Staying updated with the latest testing tools and automation trends to enhance the testing strategy. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing or software testing. - Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Worksoft (Certify & Continuous Testing Manager), Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,
