Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
processes
Process vendor invoices, validate supporting documents, and ensure timely payments
Generate customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up on collections
Perform
bank reconciliations
, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reviews
Handle
month-end and year-end closing
activities related to AP/AR
Ensure compliance with
SLA, SOX controls, and internal audit requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and global clients/banks
Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday)
Prepare MIS reports, aging reports, and support audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Strong knowledge of
AP/AR accounting concepts
Experience working in
BFSI / global banking / shared services
environment preferred
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
and advanced Excel
Good understanding of
banking transactions, payments, and reconciliations
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
