Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer/Lead at Eximietas Design, your role will involve designing various analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications. You will be responsible for the layout of the designed circuits and understanding the impact of parasitics on the circuit specifications. Additionally, you will measure the design on hardware, analyze the results, and assess the impact of device characteristics on circuit-level performance. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding critical circuit specifications necessary for achieving system-level performance, as well as contributing to automation and efficiency projects. Key Responsibilities: - Designing various analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications. - Layout of the designed circuits and understanding the impact of parasitics on circuit specifications. - Measuring the design on hardware and analyzing the results. - Analyzing the impact of device characteristics on circuit-level performance. - Understanding critical circuit specifications for achieving system-level performance. - Contributing to automation and efficiency projects. Qualifications Required: - Strong background in CMOS Analog design fundamentals. - Experience with designing circuit blocks such as OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO, etc. - Design experience with SERDES blocks like TIA, DRV, P2S, Serializer, RCOMP, Calibration blocks, Receiver Front end, CTLE, DFE, CDR Loop, Phase Interpolators, Deserializer, S2P, FFEs, Pre drivers, level shifters, V2I circuits, Slicers, Samplers, and other custom building blocks. - Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic and Layout editors. - Good understanding of MOS device operation.
