• 3-10 Years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in Python & software development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients.
• A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset.
• Experience with deploying ML models to a large user base.
• Worked on one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps way of working.
• Took a leading technical role in a team structure (considered as a plus).
• An engineer that understands customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions (from conception to deployment).
• Make applications that are carefully architected, scalable and robust through your combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
• Use Python to deploy production ready pipelines and ML models on the Cloud.
• Explore state-of-the art ML research and drive internal evaluation and adoption of cutting edge tools and frameworks.
• Are responsible for the high-quality delivery of your team’s projects.
• Technically guide junior engineers.
• Deliver technical workshops for clients.
• Leverage your expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
• Take ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead.

Must have skills:

Python programming, Machine Learning, AI, Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Familiarity with MLOps practices, Strong English communication skills.
