Job Title: Senior AI/MLEngineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AIEngineer / Data Scientist to join our fast-growing AI & Data Scienceteam. In this critical role, you will design, develop, and deploy advancedAI/ML models and systems, driving innovation and delivering measurable businessimpact. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edgetechnologies in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, andGenerative AI , while collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliverimpactful AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and evaluate AI/ML models for diverse use cases such as classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to conceptualize and deliver AI-driven features and solutions.

Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, training, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps).

Apply advanced techniques such as transfer learning, reinforcement learning, and fine-tuning of pre-trained models , with a strong emphasis on LLMs and CNNs .

Deploy and scale AI models using APIs (Flask/FastAPI) and containerization ( Docker ) on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Proactively monitor, retrain, and optimize models in production to ensure consistent performance and reliability.

Stay updated with the latest AI research, trends, and emerging technologies, evaluating opportunities for integration into business solutions.

Required Skill Set

Strong programming expertise in Python with proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn , and deep learning frameworks ( TensorFlow / PyTorch ).

In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (supervised/unsupervised) and deep learning architecture (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

Proven experience in fine-tuning pre-trained models , especially LLMs/NLP-based models .

Solid skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering , and model evaluation/optimization .

Practical exposure to model deployment (Flask, FastAPI) and containerization (Docker) .

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) or GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run) .

Familiarity with ETL pipelines , handling structured & unstructured data , and basic SQL querying .

Strong ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bacheloror masterdegree in computer science , Artificial Intelligence, Data Science , or related fields.

Prior experience building and deploying AI systems in production environments.

Demonstrated contributions via research papers, GitHub projects, or open-source initiatives .
