Senior AI Staff Developer

As a Senior AI Staff Developer, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying advanced AI/ML models across various domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. Your expertise in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow is crucial for this role. Additionally, experience in MLOps, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, and edge AI optimization will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize intelligent models for real-time deployment on AR/VR smart glasses and immersive systems. - Collaborate with hardware, design, and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI into user experiences. - Shape the intelligence, scalability, and impact of next-generation products. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and applied ML. - Strong experience in computer vision, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning. - Proficiency in MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). - Knowledge of edge AI deployment techniques such as compression, pruning, quantization, and optimization for real-time applications. - Ability to design data pipelines, conduct experiments, and evaluate performance metrics.
