Job Description Project Manager (Medical AI) Role/Designation: Project Manager – Medical AI Shift: Night Shift (to align with US stakeholders) Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake, Sector V Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-time) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Medical AI) to lead large-scale healthcare data projects. In this role, you will oversee a team of 40+ professionals, including BDS doctors, pharmacists, and nurses, while working closely with US-based clients and stakeholders. The projects focus on medical data management and annotation for AI/ML applications, contributing to cutting-edge innovations in healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional with strong leadership and project management skills to make a direct impact in the rapidly evolving field of Medical AI . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of medical data projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and KPIs. Establish and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment. Proactively identify risks and implement strategies for mitigation to ensure project stability. Prepare, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for a large team of healthcare professionals. Qualifications & Experience Education: Physician/MBBS degree (mandatory) with relevant project management experience. Experience: Proven experience in project management within healthcare services. Hands-on exposure to projects involving medical ontologies such as SNOMED, LOINC, RxNORM, and ICD-10. Experience managing large healthcare data teams preferred. Key Skills Strong understanding of medical concepts, ontologies, and healthcare processes. Excellent communication and English comprehension skills. Proficiency in computer literacy and project management tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage night shifts (IST) to coordinate with US clients.
