Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of medical data projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Establish and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and implement strategies for mitigation to ensure project stability.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for a large team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  Physician/MBBS degree (mandatory) with relevant project management experience.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within healthcare services.
• Hands-on exposure to projects involving medical ontologies such as SNOMED, LOINC, RxNORM, and ICD-10.
• Experience managing large healthcare data teams preferred.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of medical concepts, ontologies, and healthcare processes.
• Excellent communication and English comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage night shifts (IST) to coordinate with US clients.
• Commitment to working full-time from the office.
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through AI-driven innovation.
