Senior AI Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer at PATEL Processing Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and algorithms to address complex challenges and enhance the organization's products and services. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into the systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop sophisticated AI models and algorithms encompassing machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. - Take charge of the complete development lifecycle of AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. - Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices through research and apply this knowledge to enhance the organization's AI capabilities. - Optimize existing AI models for improved performance, scalability, and accuracy. - Develop and manage documentation for AI models, processes, and best practices. - Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in AI development and deployment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Possess 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related domain, with a notable track record of successful projects. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, along with hands-on experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques. - Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach towards teamwork. - Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
